Here is the complete message from the president's communication:
Team—
I understand you all just completed your town hall - I trust you’re as thrilled as I am with the positive developments. Last time I shared you all a note, I stated the following: “I believe in this group. You all are some of the most dedicated and innovative creators we have had the pleasure to collaborate with - and we’re looking forward for that partnership to persist.”
With your dedication and versatility, especially over the last year, you continue to prove that.
The community feedback from last fall’s the game testing phase was informative. It affirmed the promise of a roguelike shooter but made clear we still had refinements needed. It revealed the requirement for a sharper brand.
It has been motivating to see how far you’ve advanced. You took the feedback to consideration and reimagined the title with a renewed direction - one that’s poised to deliver on its promise to our audience.
The belief in Project ETHOS strengthens every day. To advance the incredible advancement you’ve made, I’m excited to welcome the new hire as the incoming Studio Head of 31st Union. Following a period of talks, he officially joins us on Monday, October 20.
His leadership and experience in the competitive gaming space is extensive, having spent the recent years creating and overseeing some of the most popular series in gaming, including Call of Duty: Black Ops, and lately, the battle royale hit.
Please join me in receiving him in the coming days. We are all looking forward to persist seeing the evolution of the game in the weeks to come.
David

Project Ethos was revealed in last year together with a public demo. Then, the developers portrayed the title as a "no-cost, third-person perspective action-packed experience and an innovative advancement on the style."
"Create your ideal gameplay session—or face defeat—in this engaging over-the-shoulder adventure! Build your hero in live gameplay to match your preferred approach," the official summary explains. "Challenge the rivals with unique powers, risks, and obstacles that change every match. Will you withdraw carefully with your valuable rewards? Alternatively aim high, gamble everything, and trust your team can earn top ranking? The decision is yours."
Project Ethos lacks an official launch window or platforms, but enthusiasts can expect additional details as development progresses.
